Limited liability company Norma Poland is the result of cooperation with the company VARIANT SA and Rasmussen GmbH. One of the subjects of a Joint Venture company was production and export of metal clamps GBS to Rasmussen GmbH in Germany and other plants of Rasmussen GmbH located in Spain, France and Australia, as well as sales to customers in many other countries such as Ukraine, Russia, Belarus , Baltic States. In late 2003, production VARIANT SA has been extended to the assembly of plastic parts - NORMA QUICK systems. The recipient was a company Rasmussem GmbH.

In the middle of 2003, the company Rasmussen with VARIANT SA company decided to formation of a new company under the name Norma Variant Sp. z o.o. located in Krakow and the Production facilities located in Slawniow. Norma Variant was founded on 9 December 2003 and started its operations on 1 February 2004. Norma Varaiant overall production of GBS metal clamps and assembly of plastic parts in the next few months expanded its production of new systems, connections. |

In 2006, Rasmussen GmbH was acquired by investment firm 3i. Following this event the company changed the name of Rasmussen GmbH of Germany and Standard joined the Standard Group Holding. 29 December 2006 NOrma Germany bought from VARIANT SA 25% stake of Nomra Variant. In connection with the sale of shares has changed the Board.It was also decided to rename the company Norma Poland, and the headquarters was moved from Krakow to Slawniow where is the production plant. Variant sold also the rights to distribute the products to the Standard Group territories of the following countries: Russia, Ukraine, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia. |

Norma Poland performs assembly of plastic components and systems for flow and extrusion of corrugated tubes for . These companies provide products to leading car manufacturers. Majors, which have received the NOrma Group's products include: BMW, Volkswagen, Scania, Peugeot, Renault. In 2007, Norma Poland started direct sales to the customers of Norma Group. |

Production is carried out by qualified staff on modern equipment and machines. Liquidity production is supervised and monitored using the iSeries AS/400 ERP system from IBM.
